2355 /o   imageBelgium, Fantastic, Nearly Complete Collection, 1849-1989. Virtually all mint from 1861 onward in a Minkus Specialty album; highlights include used #1-8, 8a & 9 and mint/unused #9, 10, 13-15, 18-21, 19a, 22a, 23, 25, 26 (NH), 28-38, 54 (NH!), and just about everything else from there to the late 1980s. Semi-Postals are missing only B34-47 and they include B69-77 with "L" monogram overprint. Parcel Posts include Q1-3, Q5-6, Q16-28, Q49, Q51 (2), Q53-55, Q54a, Q57-58, Q100, Q102, Q103-131 (less Q106), etc., etc. As for condition, if you look closely you'll find some small flaws on some of the earlies and the occasional high value, e.g. B143 has a rounded corner, but condition is not really a major problem, being just about all clean and F-VF with NH beginning in the 1960s, but including some earlier surprises, like B458a, B466A-B, B561-566, etc. A magnificent collection, rarely offered this intact.
