324 () 594 image1923, 1¢ green, rotary coil waste (Scott 594), without gum, fabulous example of this rarely offered unused stamp, nicely centered with perforations just clearing design at right, with gorgeous rich color, a wonderful opportunity to acquire a spectacular example of this rare 1¢ rotary press coil waste stamps; tiny natural perforation disc impression at bottom below the "CE" of" "CENTS"", which does not detract from this elusive item, Fine, only 125 are known to exist, most of which are used or faulty, of the 20 examples that are known in unused condition, only a couple are completely sound like this stamp is, 1953 and 2013 P.F. certificate.

325 o 596 image1923, 1¢ green, rotary sheet waste (Scott 596), neat black cancellation, decent example of this phenomenal rarity, of which, with beautiful deep rich color, and choice eye appeal, and would certainly be the highlight of any great collection, one of the greatest rarities of 20th century U.S. stamps and certainly one of the most important stamps offered in the Weston sale; small creases, and a small surface scrape and pulled perforation at upper right, Very Good to Fine, only a mere 13 are known to exist, this being one of only 5 examples without a precancel, 1985 P.F. certificate.
