Worldwide Cover Collections
LotNo. Symbol CatNo. Lot Description
2128   Worldwide, Phenomenal Intact Assortment of Better 20th Century Covers, over 24,000 covers, which were accumulated over the past decade by a hoarder who handled many millions of dollars of stamps and covers, who selectively removed them from collections and stocks as to what he felt was perceptively better, although it is the modern period, we noted US Challenger covers (1909a), FDCs of s/s and sheetlets (that would have enormous face value costs) and this is represented in not only US but UN, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and other European countries, it seemed his fiocus was on items with a high amount of face value costs for complete sets on FDCs and we noticed items that would easily retail at $10-$25 per cover, the used sets would be extremely useful and valuable alone and the topics are well represented, this is a monster that is barely conatinable in ten large contains that weighs in excess of 350 pounds, a quick spot-check inspection is invited and will be rewarded, incredible lot for the internet seller that would yield an incredible return vs. our low esti mate, fresh and Fine to Very Fine.
