6363 () 8LB2 imageSt. Louis, Mo., U.S. Penny Post, 1849, 2¢ black (Scott 8LB2), 3 1/2 clear margins, only cutting in at top right and bottom right, unused without gum; several thins that cause a piece out of lower right corner, otherwise Fine centering, substantially under valued when you consider that in 1930, Scott's catalog priced an o.g. $5 Columbian at $20 (current value is 120 times the 1930 value) and at the same time, priced this stamp at $1,000, which is now only six times it's 1930 price, extremely rare issue with only 14 reported in a recent survey, with 2017 P.F. certificate.
