779 1881-CC Good. One of the scarcest Morgans in circulated condition. Original mintage is only 296,000 most of which are unc and were part of the large Treasury release of the 1970's. Apparently, a few escaped in the 1880's, were well-circulated, and survive today in low grades. (An 1881-CC Morgan $1 in original XF+ condition is a true rarity.) Est. $160-200 SE
