appearance, although 1,000 were issued, a great many were among the 1,206 returns at the end of the issue and some were distributed to sub-offices (Salamaca is known), John Bash mentions it is "not reported" in the July 1985
edition of Mexiciana (page 131), ex-Pietsch.
