2304     1173 1960, 4¢ Project Mercury - Echo I issue, unexploded pad. Complete unopened pad of 100 sheets of 50 (5,000 stamps), BEP cover sheet stamped "October 30 1961" indicating printing date well-ahead of its February 20th 1962 release, after 56 years this may be one of the few remaining unopened pads released on the completion John Glenn's epic flight, very fine.
