A STUNNING NEVER HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 1916 1¢ POSTAGE DUE ISSUE.

The Perf 10 Postage Due stamps were printed on unwatermarked paper for a brief time. Well-centered never hinged examples are exceedingly rare. This copy with the finest centering available for this stamp is a true condition rarity. The P.S.E. has not certified any never hinged examples in any grade. The P.F. has graded one other example in the grade of "90" with none higher.
