The seven color franking uses #230, 231, 232, among others on a 5 cent Columbian envelope to pay the 17 cent rate. (4-9-1893) New York transit. (4-9-93) Supplemental mail transit. Galata (22, April, 93) receiving. Red New York Exchange label on the from adds to the interest. Nice sent through the mail condition with pencil marks and overall toning non distracting faults.
