Stamp looks like it was at bottom of sheet and torn by hand around three sides. However, there are four margins, close only at top right. There is a B. F. Wilson listed as a 2nd Lieutenant with the 7th Regiment South Carolina Cavalry. This is quite possibly the cover for a letter he sent back to his wife. (Image1)
