1521 O/og/nh   imageRetired Dealer Stock of Varieties, in three stockbooks and one binder. A wide range of material here, mostly from the 1950s to 1980s, with some going back to 1934 (#210i). Lots of mint never hinged material, and we note varieties including many misperforated blocks of 10 and 20 of the 17c Parliament, plate blocks of 16 of the 14c Parliament with missing spire, tagging and phosphor issues from the 1960s and 1970s, tagging varieties, inking and printing, missing colours, Christmas centre blocks, a sheet of "low orbit" hologram stamps, offsets, and much more. Many of the varieties are minor but still contains many that are listed (those identified by catalogue number, some from Darnell) and lots of material priced in the $10 to $25 per stamp range, with duplication. Quite a useful lot for dealers or variety collectors, inspection is recommended as we noted a few mis-identified or at best hopeful items. See online scans for an example. 1529 O/og/nh 4/60 imageRetired Dealer Stock of mint and Used Pre-1897 Issues, all on two double-sided stock pages, with tags denoting catalogue numbers and with prices. The total for the priced material is over $15,000, but many of these prices are at best hopeful, as many of the stamps do not have their faults described or reflected in the price. For example, a sample check revealed that "mint hinged" is sometimes no gum, some of the early issues have clipped perfs, etc. Still lots of value here, and many good stamps with a high actual catalogue, or retail value. We have scanned all online, but recommend careful inspection. (Scan a) (Scan b) (Scan c) (Scan d) (All Scans)

1531 O 14- imageLovely Collection of Used in Two Albums, 1859 to 1996. This collector only seeked out very high quality stamps, the majority with c.d.s. cancels and many being socked on the nose, even on the modern issues, which is sometimes a challenge. Huge catalogue value and includes many better items such as #17, 28, 46, 47 (x3 including a pair), 50-59, 66-84, 96-103, and the list goes on. Includes coils (some pairs), extra shades and some varieties, some booklet panes, overprinted officials, postage dues, etc. Appears to be more than 90% complete in period, and centering varies from fine to very fine, with some jumbo copies noted. We have uploaded some scans to give a taste, but recommend seeing this one in person to better appreciate the high quality involved.
