1871 O/og Worldwide imageOld Time Collection from Classics to About 1900, mounted in The International Postage Stamp Album – 19th Century Edition by Scott Stamp and Coin Company, with over 2,835 mint hinged and used stamps from most countries and colonies in existence at that time. There are approximately 90 used and mint stamps from the United States (CV over $2,950) not including the Revenue stamps at the end of the album, over 60 from Canada and Provinces (CV over $4,868) including almost 40 from Newfoundland (CV over $1,700), 40 from China (CV over $1,390), over 50 from France and French Colonies (CV over $195), over 95 from Germany and German States (CV over $650), over 35 from Great Britain (CV over $1,825) as well as a good representation from Finland, Russia and other European countries. Many have a high CV. Condition varies with faults such as imperfs which have the design cut into, short perfs, missing perfs, rounded corners, heavy cancellations and poor centering. Inspection may prove to be rewarding. Also included is a large zip lock bag of mostly off paper, classical to modern worldwide stamps. Inventory of stamps catalogued is included and shows how the readily visible faulty stamps were not counted in the total catalogue value..
