1820 nh United States imageCollection of Mint Never Hinged Plate Blocks, 1931 to 1992, all in mounts in Minkus specialized pages in 8 binders. Quite an extensive collection, which appears complete up to the mid-1980s, then only missing a very few up to the 1990s, where it gets sparse. From the beginning to about the early 1980s the owner collected blocks as per the Scott listings (blocks of 4 or 6, etc) and after that we see many blocks of 20, or even blocks that contain both a plate number block and an inscription block such as Zip, etc. We note many high value items throughout. Also included are a few imperforates from the 1930s, souvenir sheets, Official stamps, Postage Dues and a few other back of the book plate blocks.
