1873 og/nh O11/O45 image1950 to 1962 1c to 50c Officials Plate Blocks, 109 different arranged in mounts in stockbook. The vast majority have very fine centering. We checked over a third of the most common blocks and found only one with a hinged stamp and two with hinged selvedge, other than as mentioned in inventory and we adjusted catalogue value pro rata. Included in the collection are the following: #O11 UR VF 2NH, O20, O26 (* in selvedge), O32 (x3 VFNH), O33 (x8), O34 (x16), O35 (x8), O36 (x11), O37 (x8), O38, O39 (x6), O39a (x8) note all 10c are lightly hinged in top selvedge or top two stamps, O40 (x8), O41 (x2), O43 (x8), O44 (x9), O45 (x8), EO2 VFNH. All stamps are hinged to pages except C13-C17, which are NH. We noted a stained perf tip on C17 and heavy hinge remnants on C18. There is a parallel used collection with #25, 27, 59, 72, 73.
