469 E/P   1999 46c Millennium Uncut Press Sheet Progressive Proofs, three large sheets of double thickness pressure sensitive coated paper. Two are progressive printings of the uncut sheet before the final design of the stamp was included, the third is blank from JAC Canada with numerous notations including pointing out at least 15 almost microscopic "ground-wood shives". These come from a sub-contractor to Ashton-Potter responsible for testing the paper prior to printing. All three folded into 8 and with some age staining. Almost certainly unique pre-production items. Est $ 250
