Of 5 covers; two franked Lombardy-Venetia 1863, 10s blue on folded letters to the island of Syros, 1866 usage from Scio-Cesme and 1865 usage from Mytilene, each additionally franked with 1862, 10l blue on bluish tied by Syros cds (Mytilene usage with 10l over 10s, each with Du Vachat cert.), two usages 1874-75 London, England to Patras, Greece from correspondence, both franked with G.B. 1865, 4d vermilion, two singles, 1874 usage additionally franked with 80l rose carmine and 1875 usage franked with 80l rose carmine + 40l olive blue on bluish all tied by 6 in dotted lozenge cancels, and 1866 Cardiff, England to Athens franked with G.B. 1d red + 4d vermilion + 6d lilac in combination with 20l blue (with Brandon cert.), Very Fine, a wonderful group of scarce combination frankings.

Negative circular seal frank handstamp on cover to New York, "with pr St. "Caroline Mills"" ship endorsement and red "affranchie", "Cap-Haitien, Haiti, 8 Mars" cds and reverse with 1889 New York receiver, Very Fine, this was an emergency measure during the Rebellion of 1889 which resulted in a shortage of postage stamps, some 30 cover are known with this Cap Haitien frank.
