1871 Escuelas 1r rose bisect, 5th printing, transfer type 2, an unauthorised but tolerated use of bisect 1r to pay the 5 centavos rate for a single letter, stamp ideally tied by circular La Guaira cds on cover to Caracas, dated inside 31 May 1873; a very fine and extremely rare usage (according to the Knut Heister handbook, this stamp is very rare in unused condition with only 5 singles recorded), signed Calves. 1898-1942 Officials collection on complete album pages starting with 1898 set mint or used, 1899 surcharges sets in both colours hinged mint, later sets of same design unused, 1925 Bolivar G.N perfins, later sets including 1938 Resellado overprint 3b hinged mint and signed and issues to 1942, mixed hinged, unhinged and unused in same sets

1930-44 Official Airmail collection, all stamps with G N perfins, upright or inverted with 1931 Map set of 16 mint never hinged with gum tone spots, 1932 set of 24 with 1.20B unused and 20b hinged, others never hinged, 1937 set hinged, 1936 Resallado set with 1B, 3B, 10B and 20B used and a few unused, 1938 set of 35 mint or used.

1966-93 definitives in multiples with 1966-69 Simon Bolivar Berlin and Vienna printing sets in singles and blocks of four, 1970 third series blocks of four, 1976 with lower values corner blocks of four and 2b to 20b corner blocks of six, 1978 vertical coil strips of three, one stamp with printed number on reverse, 1983 redrawn high values in pairs and top right corner blocks of four, 1986 set of five in corner blocks of four and pairs, 1987 set corner blocks of four and 1991 set of 12 in blocks of 15 from right of sheet and 1993 set of 7 in corner blocks of six, fine condition
