A real bona fide old time 1851 to early 1980’s mostly mint collection in Scott albums. As to be expected, at a time before quality was everything, there is quite a mix of condition with hinging, hinge remnants, thins, etc. However, there is some real solid condition and value scattered about (# 241 og., disturbed, # 242 og., vlh., C13 HR, C14 hinged, C15 vlh.). In addition to mint singles there are blocks where some with bottom two are NH, plate blocks, etc. Also included is a small batch of mint postal cards of little consequence. Eight Harris Liberty stamp albums with a collection to 2003. The early years are well populated with an occasional mint stamp. Starting with the Columbians a mix of mint and used with never hinged present. In the mid-1920s the remainder are mostly, never hinged. There is a large amount of postage so bring your calculator. An old time original predominately used 19th, 20th century front and back of the book collection hinged on Minkus pages that hasn’t seen the light of day for 30 years. Virtually complete (minus the rarities) through the Washington-Franklins. Airmails, Special Deliveries, Postage Dues, etc. are well represented.
