"PANAMA" shifted to the right (= PANAMA double at left, none at right) used along with 5c. blue on cover from Bohio to Culebra, tied by Canal Zone machine obliterator and Bohio 'July 11 1904' c.d.s., with Culebra 'July 12 1904' arrival c.d.s. on the reverse. Envelope has been opened roughly, stamps are fine. A very rare franking (none on Siegel power search) and the same resource only mentioned three Bohio covers franked by first issue adhesives.
