The "Swakopmund" collection provides a unique opportunity to start a new and fascinating philatelic collecting area, please note that the majority of early SWA issues have off white gum due to conditions in the colony. Prices, catalogue numbers and descriptions have been taken from the SACC catalogue. The base collection was started in German SWA in the 1890's and stayed in the same family until 2015 when it changed hands and had many rarities added, to what must be one of the finest collections ever offered at auction and includes many unique and very rare pieces.
