Exhibit of International Post Card Rates of Inflation Era Germany, September to December, 1923, containing 30 postcards (all franked with inflation era stamps), organized chronologically on 16 pages, housed in a binder. The first page is a well described title page outlining the 10 different rate periods from the fall and winter months of 1923. The following pages show generally 2 to 4 examples from nine different rate periods (missing November 20th to 25th), including the difficult to acquire November 1 to 4 rate period (November 1 was a holiday, and November 4 was a Sunday). We encountered at least 15 different destinations, mostly to Europe, but other interesting ones including Haiti, Japan, China, and Sicily as examples, along with a few first day, and last day of rate post cards.
