Country very unsettled & every indication of trouble. Fear shall not succeed in reaching destination", etc. (6).

1897-1910 Covers and cards (6) and stamps (2) with datestamps of Chinde, including 1897 2½d envelope from London to the Zambezi Industrial Mission, Blantyre Province; 1900 cover from Zomba to G.B franked 1d; 1905-10 postcard franked 1d and cover to USA franked 3d both from Blantyre; 1910 German Seepost cover to Mopea via Chinde, etc. (8).
