Blumel, Alfred Joseph, The Coinage of Different Countries, American edition 1926, Bound book - Rare and hard to find. A scientific statement dedicated to his excellency, the President Calvin Coolidge by the Editor, Alfred Joseph Blumel. Vienna, VIII/2. Made in Austria. Book has 23 pages with images on both sides (tissue in between) showing the coins of various countries. (Designs are similar to the coin postcards, but these are not postcards). Book measures 6 by 4 inches and 1 inch thick. Small writing inside; edges show minimal wear. We could not find any recent offering for this book; one sold at Ira and Larry Goldberg Auctions in 2011 for $863 and another sold at Morphy Auctions in 2014 for $450.
