The lot begins with a small sampling of 1862 issues, including two mint hinged perforated 5c unissued stamps (Sardinia Scott #10), and continues with primarily used material up to 1985. We note selections of back of the book material including airmail, special delivery, pneumatic post, just to name a few. The collection also includes Italian States, with better representation from Papal States, Sardinia, and Romagna. A cursory check of material indicated a few stamps cataloguing $10 and higher, leaving potential finds, including better postmark for the specialist. Online photos show an overview.
