Koch from 'Place of Internment, Reading (printed paper) on 18th Sep 1917, posted from London to The Hague, received 27th Dec 1917, with on the front of the envelope a faint strike of the oval double frame handstamp 'WAR OFFICE / postal censor' in red, Graham Mark Type HS2.
