1909-12 Commonwealth of Australia £1 red-brown on pink cover with map of Australia 'This Book Contains One Penny Stamps Value One Pound', & 'By Authority JB Cooke, Commonwealth Stamp Printer' with GPO Hobart sideways on back cover. Inside covers black printed columns for book-keeping use on yellow. No contents, but selvedge remains of NSW 1d red Arms, with '1907' marginal monogram that was introduced in mid-1908 & remained in use until 1912, indicating a late printing, since Cooke moved to Melbourne in mid-1909, with book-keeping columns filled in. Overall VF, excellent condition for such a large booklet, cover sl ink stains on back. SG SB1a unpriced while other £1 booklets cat £15,000 to £22,000. 1966 QEII 4c red, booklet panes set of 6 diff panes on 1967 (Jan-Dec) airmail covers from one correspondence to Germany with additional stamps for 25c airmail rate (one 50c rate) 2 being registered, 1 fractionally overpaid with 3c coil + Nauru 3½d (=2.8c), 1 with tape stain underpaid 24c, all but one of the panes with top selvedge. (The vendor's father bought a pane or sheet of the stamp in Toowoomba at time of issue for normal postage use, and noticed missing value only after having used up more than half the stamps for postage - all of which must have been discarded by recipients as none have previously been reported. Therefore, only a block of 10 stamps, being 2 such strips are believed to have survived so only total of 6 red omitted errors). VF fresh MNH, normal stamp cnr thin, errors perfect. SG 653(var).
