Encompasses Brunei, North Borneo, Papua-New Guinea, Sarawak, and Singapore. Early Brunei includes several reentry examples, North Borneo has some high values, also two with certificates, Papua-New Guinea has a large offering of canoe issues, a Harrison printing of PNG 3d, and airmail NH corner block of eight having high catalog value as singles, plus examples of Cook, Harrison, and Ash papers for the airmails.
