1943 Reinhardt Heydrich 60+440pf black souvenir sheet, 101x148.5mm, numbered "651" at bottom, l.h., without the usual gum creases, fresh and v.f., signed Mahr, with his 1979 certificate. Only 1,000 of these souvenir sheets were printed. Of those, 500 were given out to Nazi Party and military dignitaries, remainder being destroyed.
