1849-1942 Mint and used accumulation in two stockbooks, sorted by S.G. number, much duplication, mixed condition but better stamps noted including 1869 5f used (5, four with faults), 1876 2c green type I mint (S.G. 213, £2,000), etc., also Monaco 1891-94 1c - 5f with additional listed shades mint (S.G. 11/21, £1,500). Army of Sambre & Meuse / Mayence. 1794-96 Entire letters from Bingin to Rouen or Wittlich to Sarrebruck with black "DON O ARM. / SAMBRE ET MEUSE" or red "DON B ARM. / SAMBRE ET MEUSE"; also 1799 entire letter from Coblenz with red "DON D / ARM. DE MAYENCE (the address with town name removed), two on printed notepaper of the Administration of Rhine & Moselle. (3).

Army of Dalmatia. 1806 (Nov 1) Entire letter from Zara to Montpelier with red "BAU / GAL / ARM. DE DALMATIE", fine and scarce. Photo on Page 128. (Image1)

Army of Germany. 1809-11 Entire letters (4) from Vienna (2) or Magdeburg (2) and an entire, all to Paris, with "ARM D'ALLEGMAGNE" handstamps, no. 1 (2) or 17 in red or 22 in black (2), one with a few edge faults, otherwise fine. (5).

Army of Spain. 1810-11 Entire letters from Madrid (2) or Valladolid, to Paris or Orleans, handstamped "No 27 / ARMEE FRANCAISE / EN ESPAGNE", "P.P No 27 / ARM. FRANCAISE / EN ESPAGNE", or "BAU CENTRAL / ARM D'ESPAGNE", all fine. (3).

French Congo. 1891-1903 Selection including 1891 10c Parcel Post used, 1892 5c on 5c, 5c on 30c and 10c on 1f surcharges mint, 1892-1900 2c - 1f mint, 1893 Parcel Post 10c mint, 1903 5c on 30c mint, etc. Also a few Oceanic Settlements issues, and French Guiana 1887 5c on 30c mint. French Equatorial Africa. 1940-42 "Libre" overprints, mint and used selection including S.G. 118/145 (both black and red overprints) used, S.G. 146/162 both settings mint and used (air issues used with 4f50, 10f and 50f surcharges only), Middle Congo 4c mint and used (S.G. 163), etc., also six covers to Cameroons. S.G. £1,700+. (121 + 6 covers).
