1868 (13 July) Finland Nikolaistad to Lubeck, bearing pair 8 pen green (Facit 6) and 40 pen dull carmine (Facit 9), all stamps tied by small circular Nikolaistad 13.7, small FRANCO struck beside the stamps alongside red circular Aus Russland Franco 26.7, on reverse is Lubeck receiving pm 21 July; a very fine and tidy letter paying the 56 pen rate to Germany, the 40 pen has a minor tooth fault.
