1927 60c black, red De Pinedo overprint, h.r., well centered, signed "JAR" (J.A.Robinson, Postmaster General), etc., v.f., with 1960 Philatelic Foundation Certificate. This stamp was overprinted for use on mail carried aboard De Pinedo's return flight to Europe. Of the total of 300 stamps, four were damaged and destroyed, 66 copies were presented to de Pinedo and government officials, 225-255 used on covers.
