Mounted collection, mostly in black mounts, in two Scott Specialty albums in good condition. First volume starts mostly used and appears complete from 1850, with earlies used and mostly mint after 1874 in FVF condition. Regular issues are mostly complete to 1992. Semi-postals are mostly mint complete, including 1933 and 1946 mint souvenir sheets to 1992. Second volume includes BOB, with complete mint airmails to 1953, complete mostly mint postage dues to 1949. Military stamps are complete mint. Newspaper tax issues are well populated, mostly mint. BOB also includes Special Handling, Occupation, 1918-1919 and 1945, Offices in Crete, Ottoman Empire, Lombardy-Venetia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, plus Yugoslavia.
