Endorsed “.. gistered” ms and REGISTERED hs on front, with number 563. No reference to FREE or PAID. Unusual rating: 1. May be 2/5 cy [impossible multiple of 3d per half oz due, with or without the 1d Registration pre-paid]. 2. May be 2 ½ oz [5x3d due, 1d Registration pre-paid]. To William Hewatt Esq, Treasurer County Wellington. Partial GUELPH 18 AP 18 59 small split circle receiver on back. Illustrated on pg 86 in Harrison [1987 – Canada’s Registry System, Hennok No 5]. This is from Toronto [month before day] not Quebec, as Harrison states. Previous catalogue description says “FREE” as other cover on p 86, Harrison does not mention rate for the above item.
