An extremely rare little tome that provides an alphabetical listing of all the white adult male residents of the colony from 'AARON, Joseph, general dealer, Castlereagh-street, Sydney' through to 'ZOUCH, Lieutenant JP, Raby, Liverpool'. Much fascinating content including of the earliest settlers in the Port Phillip District, original placenames, idiosyncratic spellings, etc. A valuable resource for the postal historian or genealogist.
