One addressed to Hong Kong, other addressed to Shanghai & this bears Hong Kong 8 Feb transit b/s, & purple PASSED/CENSOR/HONG KONG h/s & bilingual Shanghai cogwheel arrival cancel on rear (opening tears).

Sent by a British internee from the Civilian Internment Centre in Lunghwa. Scarce & also bears a red Chinese [Jirun powder?] cachet. SG 22, 24 & 114.

Readdressed to Yokohama, Japan. Charged postage due (large m/s "5" & other notations). With Japanese script cds & 2 diff rice paper slips (attached to front at 1 side). Also with good h/s "UNDELIVERABLE". We have seen nothing like this previously!
