1911 Real Photo picture postcard of children around an aeroplane, reverse inscribed "National School children at object lesson at Geelong 21.2.11", also postcards of a Bristol biplane and Harry Hawker. On 20th February 1911 J.J Hammond made the first cross country flight in Australia in his Bristol Boxkite, flying the 40 miles from Altona Bay to Geelong in 55 minutes. (3).
