Extensive and valuable mint collection to 1985 in mounts housed in a Scott album comprised of classics, regular issues, coils in singles and pairs or line pairs and commemoratives, starts with #3, then 7, 9, 12 regummed despite 2003 Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel certificate stating o.g., 17, 29, 30, 30A, 35, 37, 38, 56, 40, 67 o.g. with Weiss certificate (faults), 68, 69, 71, 72, 75, 76, 77, 87, 88, 90, 92-94, 96-98, 112-15, 117, 119-21, 123-24. 126, 127, 128, 130, 138, 139, 145-55, 157-63, 165, 166, 182-91, 205-13, 215-18, 219-29, 230-43, 245, 246-61, 263, 264-78, 279-84, 285-91, 293, 294-99 and all the other 20th century commemoratives, 300-13, 315, 331-42, 348-55, 349 line pair, 355 pair, 359, 365, 374-82, 390-96, 392-94 and 396 line pairs, 414-23, 424-40, 443-47, 452-58, 459, 460, 447 line pair, 462-80, 498-518 including 505 double error in a block of twelve, 523-24, 533, 545-47, 551-73, 595, 599A single and pair, 630, 634A, etc., somewhat mixed condition but not terrible, there are some small faults, a few off center with perfs touching, but not many, some reperforated, etc., the centering being mostly fine-very fine, there are quite a few regummed, especially among the 19th century as well as some with no gum or disturbed o.g. and there are some n.h. among the 20th century, especially from 1920 on, we have meticulously and conservatively cataloged the collection to #619 counting the regummed as no gum and not counting the fake coils (we may have missed one or two) to come up with a 2017 Scott catalog value of $191,470.00, so the entire collection probably approaches $200,000.00; fifteen certificates accompany.

Mint and used collection in mounts housed in a Scott National album, strong in 19th century which is largely used starting with 3c New York postmaster provisional (#9X1b), and continuing with 1847 5c and 10c, 1851 issue to 12c, 1857s to 90c, 1861s to 90c, 1867 grills to 90c, 1869 complete, Bank Note grills 2c-7c as well as numerous other Bank Notes to 90c, small Bank Notes cplt., Columbians complete unused, Bureau issues with $1.00 to $5.00 values, Trans-Mississippi cplt. unused except 50c used, Pan-Americans cplt., 1902 issue mint to $2.00, Louisiana Purchase and Jamestown mint, mint 1908-09 issue complete, then scattered to 1983 but including a 5c Rose perf. 11 error of color, a White Plains souvenir sheet and a set of Kans.-Nebr., the air mails include mint first and second issues, a decent set of Graff Zeppelins and a 50c Zeppelin block of four, then special deliveries, postage dues, parcel post complete mint except the 50c used, Offices in China complete mint, most hard paper officials but no high value State Dept., newspapers including a set of card proofs, hunting permits, Confederate States with used 10c "TEN" and a nice10c Frameline tied to piece and ending with some possessions comprised of mint Guam and mint and used Hawaii and Philippines, very mixed condition including small faults, faults, repaired, off center and the like, but also some fine-very fine, the 19th century mint mostly without gum, and also some misidentified mostly among the early issues and Bank Notes so a careful inspection by a knowledgable buyer is essential; very high catalog value.
