Prepaid the rate for 1/3 to 1/2 ounce of 30 cents using a 1861, 30¢ orange tied by red circle of wedges cancel. Struck with the New York "SUPPLEMENTARY MAIL" stamp (type A) for mails put onto the quay 10 minutes prior to sailing. Atlantic Transit of 10 days, Very Fine.
