1994-2019 NVI COLLECTION: Four binders with a well written up collection of mainly non-denominated stamps, booklets, covers, Postal Stationery, etc. Extensive range of immediate post-Soviet era provisionals on cover, used in various sub-regions and by Ukrainian peace keeping forces in the former Yugoslavia.
