Accumulation of South America and Latin America Collections in 16 Binders, with thousands of mint and used stamps (including some souvenir sheets), on stock pages. The material primarily ranges from the 1880s up to the 1990s, but also includes stamps pre-1880 and post 1990. We note better representation from: Argentina, Brazil, Chile (including Columbus selections), Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, and Uruguay. A cursory look of stamps showed mostly used stamps up to the 1920s, with a mixture of mint and used thereafter, and note a number of stamps and a few sets cataloguing for $10 on up. A good opportunity to examine for varieties, paper types, postmarks, etc, of this vastly, sometimes under appreciated, collecting area. Our online scans show a sampling. Overall fine to very fine.
