1890s-1953 QV-GVI postcards, duplicated range of 31 (16 unused, 15 used). Many used are addressed to N.Z. Institute or Royal Society of NZ. Generally good to fine.

1890 1d QV blue p/c on white card (Samuel AA.6b). Major printing variety, large semicircular 'bite' (2mm diameter) out of frame under 'E' of 'PENNY'. Not mentioned by Samuel. Also with flaws on 'S' of 'POST' & 'E' of 'ZEALAND'. FU canc. Whangarei A-type cds 21 SP 93. Some ageing on back, otherwise fine. Also colour photocopies of: (a) P/C (used OC 93) with earlier stage of the same frame flaw (& the other 2 flaws); (b) normal p/c without flaws (PI AP 92). The frame flaw not noted by us before.
