Sanabria #100, 1951 30c Rose red, unsurcharged, from the Institute de Gravure, Paris printing, o.g., n.h., extremely fine and rare; signed Kessler. This issue was a special printing made from a new plate by the Institude de Garvure in Paris showing its imprint at bottom center and was issued only with the "Halibitada/S/o. 0.25" surcharge (Scott #C108) and should not be confused with similar designs printed by Waterlow & Sons and the Columbian Bank Note Co., only a single sheet of 100 was found.(Image)
