1830-1918 collection of 350+ covers, postal stationery cards and postcards, neatly identified on pages, arranged alphabetically in four albums, pre-philatelic through WWI usages, with variety of types of cancels used for each town and province, 80+ from Riga, with a good showing of different pre-philatelic cancels, etc., balance starting with Aistern, Marienburg, (Aluksne), Alsuiki, Asari, Baldon, Bauska, Behen, Bolderaja, etc., showing Russian cancels (descriptions show current Latvian names), better items include two Wenden covers to Laibach, each with local franking and used in combination with Russian franking, registered and censored covers, some military mail ("from Active Army").
