1858 4s yellow brown, privately perforated 9 1/2, used in combination with imperf. 4s on FL from Oldenburg to Rendsburg, tied by "127" numeral cancels, with "Oldenburg 28.2.1861" (Oldenburg was one of only two towns where merchants privately perforated stamps for their convenience) cds, arrival postmarks on reverse, filing fold through stamps (not mentioned on certificate, otherwise fine and exceedingly rare combination franking, with 1999 Nielsen cert.
