Small collection on leaves, the larger offices with a range of types including some complete strikes of duplexes, mostly fine to very fine strikes with a little duplication in parts on a variety of different issues including values to 1/- and some on Kangaroos & KGV Heads, noted '597' on 6d Beaded Oval pair, '920' (Type 2; rated RR), 'MCCCC/99' (RR) and lots of S, SS & R rated items, a few coloured strikes, a couple of CDS 'ties', etc, condition generally very fine.

Box of covers with Barred Numeral ties & Duplexes with lots of CDS interest also including a number of earlier items noted '21' on 6d Woodblock to England with reasonable 'BROADMEADOWS' crowned oval b/s, fine '97' tied to 'RAGLAN' 1865 oval, faint '116' on 4d Beaded Oval with fine 'SANDY CREEK' crowned oval b/s, very fine '122' (rated R) on 2d x3 with 'CARNGHAM' cds alongside on 1886 over to England, '148' on 6d black to England with 'EMERALD HILL' b/s, very fine '247' (bars removed; R) x5 on 2d Bell x5 to England with 'ROSEDALE' b/s, fair '258' (bars removed) with 1869 'VAUGHAN' cds & 'WHITE HILLS' oval b/s, bold '404' (RR) with 'THOMAS TOWN' (two words) cds alongside, also very fine '2095' with fair 'MT MARTHA' cds alongside on Mount Martha PPC to Germany taxed, plus range of Tatts covers including '571' (R) tied to 'BREAKWATER', '942' tied to 'TAGGERTY', etc, etc, condition is variable but many are fine to very fine.

36: Butterfly '36/V' of Lake Wallace, reasonably fine & complete strike in blue on Half-Length 2d brown, margins close to touching with small thin at top. Rated RRR. PO 1.3.1849; renamed Apsley 1.1.1854.
41: First Type Original State '41' with Side Bars of Euroa largely very fine strike (the '1' faint at the top) on very fine 'REGISTERED' 1/- (full margins, Cat £200). Rated RRRR.
247: First Type Original State '247' (non-duplex) light but obvious strike on Laureates 4d. Rated RRR. [Plus recut with Bars Removed - rated R - for comparison]

1072: 'M72' (first type; reated RRRR), reasonably fine & complete strike on Beaded Oval 6d blue solo franking on 1882 cover to London with light but complete strike of 'BUCHAN/VICTORIA' alongside, Melbourne transit & London arrival b/s, couple of minor blemishes. PO -.10.1878; started using a duplex canceller deom 1887 or earlier.
