One stock book holds a small assortment of Germany se-tenant pairs and strips that are identified by Michel while the other stock book holds a small selection of S/S, among them two France #2168 that the owner identified as the phosphorescent varieties (but are probably on normal paper). The albums are mostly old Scott Specialty and International albums that have seen better days. Most are remnant collections, though some are still well-filled. These later albums are generally from Eastern European countries such as Poland and Romania. We noted several albums of Latin America, plus others of Western Europe.
