SUBSTANTIAL FIUME COLLECTION. on Schaubek quadrille pages and beginning with early 1893 Hungarian usage in Fiume on postal history sent to Germany, similarly on various other late 19th / early 20th century inc colored Molo Daniel view and scarce
Fiume multi view card 1913, as well as various other Hungarian items used in Fiume on expedition bulletins, etc. Then the stamp collection itself with scarce handstamps on both white and colored numerals, impressive early first issue overprints on
registered covers and further detailed studies of the mint series complete to 10 kor, some with interesting shifted overprints, seldom seen as such. Then the 1919 types #A7 issues, again with postal history incorporated into the collection,
perforation varieites, parallel mint and used, as well as Fiume postal stationery 1920, etc. Subsequent issues include scarce type #A11, on and off cover, the good Provisorio issues, inc commercial registered, also used in conjunction with express
deliveries on cover, etc. Also seen commericial usage for the diagonal overprints costituente Fiumana overprints and, as throughout this collection, many studies of errors and varieties through to the postage dues and much more complete, often
accompanied by expert signatures such as Richter, Diena etc. , mostly F-VF (see online scans) |
