3978 OGO   U.S. COLLECTION / ACCUMULATION 1851-1946 in two three-ring binders with 19th Century stamps in used condition; first binder incl: 14, 69, 76, 112-14, 237-38, 569, 572, some special delivery (E2, E4, E13), special handling, postage dues, registration, revenues; second binder with mint airmails issued in the 1926-46 period, followed by a fair number of plate blocks issued in the 1930s & 1940s. We also noted a three-ring binder with Christmas Seals (1910-78) in sheets and large multiples, and some postage. Inspection suggested, F-VF.
