3509 og,O,c   REMARKABLE WORLDWIDE COLLECTION. a lifetime's effort in three "well used" Scott Jr. International albums for issues to 1940 with some overflow pages spilling over into a folder, the collector's seemingly simple goal was "to fill every space" and so he did - and on the blank pages included for overflow, he's managed to add the high values for many of the sets or to add sets and singles not pictured on the pages, space prohibits a listing of all the better items but be assured that "A-Z" is well covered (less the Hawaii which is offered separately), from the Penny Black (used and on cover) to Brazilian "Bulls Eyes", from China Red Revenues to worldwide Zeppelin issues, from the European offices spread throughout Africa and Asia to German States covers to issues of the tiniest of Pacific islands, not to mention the numerous  "Number 1s", a few better covers such as Hamburg & Mecklenburg-Scherwin, usual mixed condition but on the whole an F-VF "collector's" collection and serious buyers should allow plenty of time for what is sure to be pleasurable viewing.
