4627 og,O   U.S. MOSTLY USED HOARD.On first inspection this looks very impressive as clearly the catalog must run into many tens of thousands of dollars. Starting off with a few dozen Confederate States through 1851/7 issues with various Franklin/Washington heads to 10cts, followed by the various perforated issues of the same, much with straight edges with values to 24cts among the several dozens of these issues, virtually all used. We noticed 8x blackjacks, 4x 5cts Jeffersons, 5x 12 cts Washington, 5x 15cts Lincoln, 5x 24cts Washington, 3x 30cts Franklins, then a few grills, followed by the 1869 with values to 15cts, the 1870s definitives with 100s of stamps going up to the 90cts red Perry, 1882s with 4cts green Jefferson by the dozens, similarly with the 5cts Garfield both blue and black with further higher values of later ,19th century series &ndash, the book ends with huge qty of early ,20th century Washington/Franklin heads to $ values, also well worth investigating. Another book for commems, beginning of course with Columbians including 10x 3cts green, 9x 4cts blue, 34x 5cts brown, 8x 6cts purple, 13x 8ct magenta, 16x 10cts black, 3x 15cts green, 2x 30cts orange and one unused 50cts. Also the Omahas with values to $1 with half a dozen 5cts and 10cts and 3 of each 4cts and 8cts, etc. Pan-ams complete inc mint 4cts and 10cts among the many used, Louisiana purchase complete, pan-pacific complete with shades to 10cts, etc. Back to definitives with turn of the century by the 100s with various different series 1890/93, 1894/95, 1902/1903, etc with values to 90cts orange Perry and much more. Other volumes also with classics and back of the book ,19th century/ early 20th, accompanied by many dozens of pages with mint face value, again somewhat typically and chaotically presented with values seen to 40cts, more often than not in qty. The fifth book without binder has postal history, as well as yet more Omahas etc. If you are not looking for perfection in condition and also want a lot that catalogs a fortune, then this is definitely well worth viewing, huge potential here. , 2,500-3,000
